About The Position

As the Sales Liaison Clerk you will work in a collaborative team environment to support the sales of Property and Casualty (P&C) policies. You will play an important role in the sales development process by pro-actively liaising with clients and agents and following-up with potential new clients.

  • You leverage critical thinking skills to identify problems and proactively propose solutions.
  • Your strong communication skills allow you to clearly convey messages.
  • You’re an effective team player who shares knowledge to support your peers.

  • Having experience in the insurance industry, client services or sales is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting sales growth targets by connecting existing or prospective clients with agents to obtain quotes.
  • Calling potential clients before their renewal dates and following-up on quotes obtained online to secure sales.
  • Attending external sales events with business development teams to build a positive company brand and establish new sales leads.
  • Providing administrative support to agents by scheduling and confirming appointments and completing follow-up reports.
