About The Position

The Sales & Leasing Coordinator will process sales/lease contracts and assist in the execution of all contract administration tasks, completing the tasks always with a high level of attention to detail and ensuring that all policies and procedures are always adhered to. They will work closely with sales and administrative departments to ensure proper execution of all contractual agreements.

Nice To Haves

  • BA in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in Sales Administration role
  • Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Plan day/time-management of paperwork
  • Process incoming sales orders and ensure all necessary paperwork is included
  • Submit equipment requests
  • Assist sales reps with equipment pricing and rates
  • Identify when service approval is needed and request from appropriate service manager
  • Quote internal buyout requests
  • Complete various other duties to assist reps with the sales process
  • Work with various departments to resolve account or billing issues
  • Write addendum to existing agreements and calculate changes to billing
