Requirements

Minimum 2 Years of Sales Experience: Ideally within an automotive setting.
Professional Presence: You present yourself with confidence and professionalism at all times.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Builds strong client relationships and knows how to connect with people and build trust.
Organized and Goal-Oriented: Strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently without close supervision.
Positive and Proactive: Brings a can-do attitude, shows initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional Communication: Clear and professional communication in-person, over the phone, and email.
Team Player with Independent Drive: Works well as a team but can also hustle solo.
Valid Driver’s License: Must hold a valid license and provide a clean driver’s abstract.

Responsibilities

Presenting used vehicles to clients both in-person and through video while highlighting key features and benefits.
Being proactive and organized in planning your day to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Clearly and confidently walking clients through their purchase options, helping them make informed decisions.
Scheduling and preparing vehicles for test drives and deliveries.
