About The Position

Carson Automotive Group requires a results-oriented Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our energetic and dynamic team. This is a full-time position located at our Pacific Mazda dealership in Victoria, BC.

Requirements

• A great work ethic with excellent customer service skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Successful applicants will be required to obtain VSA license (criminal record check required) prior to commencement of employment

Nice To Haves

• 1 year in a Customer Service environment preferred
• High School degree of equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the customer buying experience with exceptional customer service
• Conducts vehicle delivery process
• Offers and accompanies customers on test drives
• Establishes strong knowledge of all products, services and accessory packages available
