The Force Factor Sales Leadership Development Program is the opportunity of a lifetime for top college graduates ready to build a career in CPG sales. You will learn from the best, grow with a winning team, and step onto a clear path to owning your own accounts at a growing, privately held brand. This is not a rotational program with a fixed clock. It is a performance-based runway into a National Account Manager seat. You move when you are ready. Top performers earn account ownership faster. We are a meritocracy. Results decide everything. You will work side by side with senior sales leaders, build buyer relationships at major national retailers, and learn how Force Factor wins in one of the most competitive categories in CPG. You will sell products that improve lives, in channels that matter, with a team that moves fast and rewards results. If you have a strong academic record, a sharp mind, presence in a room, and the drive to own real business, you belong here.
