You will achieve this by leveraging comprehensive market knowledge and utilizing effective agent sales consulting to dramatically enhance the customer experience and meet diverse needs. In this job you are primarily responsible for: Driving Territory Results: Using in-depth market knowledge and effective sales strategies to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional experiences Business Coaching: Coaching agents on aspects of business management to evolve with customer demands and meet their business objectives Agent Placement and Development: Overseeing the process of strategically placing and developing agents to maximize market opportunities Location: Southeast Virginia Territory The Southeast VA SLT encompasses one third of the historic coastal area of Virginia. It houses a population just under 1 million with the largest cities being Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Suffolk. This is a diverse market offering all residents a great community & quality of life. This territory consists of a group of 53 Agents that are growing every year in P&C along with IPS and Financial Services lines of business. Virginia has been a leading growth area for EMA in recent years for auto, fire, and life. While VIginia has experienced some of its best gain numbers in recent years, this specific market has an opportunity for improvement to align with other territories in the market.
