This is a brand-new position with the company, offering a unique opportunity to build our Tucson sales operations from the ground up and make a lasting impact on both our organization and the local community. Position Overview As the Sales Leader in Tucson, you will be the driving force behind our regional market expansion. Part strategic planner and part hands-on closer, you will be responsible for building, training, and motivating a local team of field (door-to-door) and outbound sales representatives. You will champion IdeaTek’s mission locally, establish key community partnerships, and directly manage local sales campaigns in both newly deployed fiber areas (greenfield) and existing markets (brownfield) to meet and exceed subscriber acquisition goals.
