About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The position requires someone who is natural at starting conversations, getting people excited, and setting a positive example for customer relations and an inclusive work environment. Responsibilities include providing sales staff with feedback, solving customer problems, maintaining store appearance, meeting personal and productivity goals, motivating staff, and creating a fun atmosphere.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
Talking to everyone just comes naturally

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus
