About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role requires driving sales to maximize profits and lead teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and passionate about shoes and fashion. The position involves motivating sales staff, providing constructive feedback, solving customer problems, maintaining store organization and atmosphere, and achieving personal and team sales goals. The role also includes running, climbing ladders, selling shoes, and having fun in an inclusive work environment.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
