About The Position

Pandora is looking for a Part-Time Sales Lead to join their team at the Outlets at San Clemente. As a Sales Lead, you will be a passionate advocate for the Pandora brand, immersing yourself in its culture and products to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is crucial in supporting store managers and sales associates to achieve store success. The position requires a commitment to exceeding sales targets, fostering a positive team environment, and creating memorable shopping experiences for customers. You will also be responsible for empowering and inspiring the sales team, providing real-time feedback and guidance to help them achieve their Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
Developed written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
Proficiency in time management, setting and adjusting priorities, and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
