About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role requires driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and can motivate others. A day in this role involves providing sales staff with constructive feedback, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining a clean and organized store, meeting personal and productivity goals, creating an inclusive work environment, motivating sales staff, and fostering healthy competition. The role also involves actively selling shoes and contributing to a fun store atmosphere.

Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
  • Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
  • Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
  • Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
  • A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
  • Talking to everyone just comes naturally
  • 2 years: Cashier
  • 3 years: Customer Service
  • 2 years: Leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
