About The Position

Pandora is looking for a Sales Lead to join their team at the Mall at Fairfield Commons. As a Sales Lead, you will be a passionate advocate for the Pandora brand, immersing yourself in its culture and products. This role is crucial for the store's success, providing support to both managers and sales associates. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance. Please note that an assessment will be required upon application submission.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated results-oriented sales ability with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Developed a sense of care in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the capacity to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to show and deliver positive results.
  • Proficiency in time management, effortlessly setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
  • At least 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
