Vans is seeking a dedicated and passionate Sales Lead to support the store leadership team by ensuring the highest level of customer engagement and sales results are achieved. This role models the brand's voice, provides sales-related feedback, and coaches associate performance. The Sales Lead will deliver personalized customer engagement, assist in maximizing store sales and goals, foster a consumer-centric and inclusive store environment, and model selling behaviors. They will also provide direct feedback, coaching, and supervision to associates, occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of other management, and regularly interact with consumers to provide excellent customer service. Additionally, they will provide actionable feedback to store associates and adhere to company policies and procedures.
