About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for its location at The Shops at Evergreen Walk. As the largest jewelry brand globally, Pandora empowers individuals to express themselves through its beautiful products. The Sales Lead will be a dedicated "Pandora Fan" who immerses themselves in the brand, culture, and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role provides crucial support to Managers and Sales Associates, contributing to the store's success. The position requires a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Demonstrated results-oriented selling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in time management, setting priorities, and delegating tasks.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years or older.
  • Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Timely arrival to work.
