About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate will be a natural conversationalist and motivator, capable of creating a positive and inclusive store environment. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization, and motivating the sales team through healthy competition.

Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
