About The Position

Supports in the direction of all in-store activities to achieve sales and profitability targets, and to ensure long-term business growth in accordance with company philosophy and established policies and procedures. The sales lead will support the implementation of the strategic direction of their store location to achieve all objectives and projects assigned by Cole Haan while maintaining a healthy team culture and store environment.

Requirements

Ability to drive financial growth by achieving sales and key KPI goals
Ability to control store expenses by responsibly managing payroll, supplies, and facilities
Ability to coach staff to exceed individual and store goals
Ability to support and maintain a positive store environment by leading and developing a quality store team
Ability to assist in training and development

Ability to deliver extraordinary customer service through your store team
Ability to support and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations
Ability to achieve all operational objectives with regards to loss prevention, health, and safety
Ability to support the team to ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures
