About The Position

The Part Time Sales Lead at Pandora’s Oakbrook Center store supports Managers and Sales Associates and contributes to the store’s success. The role calls for a dedicated brand ambassador who delivers exceptional customer experiences through strong product knowledge, authentic customer engagement, and a commitment to sales and store performance. Sales Leads help coach and inspire the team, provide real-time feedback and guidance, and foster accountability for individual and store goals. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a results-oriented seller in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
Strong time-management skills, including setting and adjusting priorities and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 or more pounds, and arrive at work on time.

Meet commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Coach and inspire the sales team, promote accountability, and provide real-time feedback and guidance toward KPI goals.
Support store Managers and Sales Associates.
