Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the US for any employer.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service and contemporary or luxury retail.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and sales skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Commitment, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
  • Impeccable presentation.
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and stand for long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items.

Responsibilities

  • Capture customer information for communication via phone and written follow-up.
  • Manage client book, including follow-up regarding shopping experiences and inquiries.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Utilize fashion expertise to inspire customers and build team partnerships.
  • Partner with the Manager to leverage internal systems for business analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Support managers in maintaining visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
  • Operate the POS system, send end-of-day emails, and perform opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash desk, and backroom areas.
