Responsibilities

Act as a personal stylist – curate outfits, suggest complementary pieces, and ensure every customer looks and feels their best.
Engage in the fitting room – provide hands-on styling advice, introduce additional options, and turn try-ons into purchases.
Lead by example – set the tone with high-energy selling, exceeding personal sales goals, and driving the team toward success.
Motivate & inspire – keep the team energized, coach on effective selling techniques, and create a results-driven culture.
Be the expert – stay on top of the latest collections, bestsellers, and styling trends to maximize every sales opportunity.
Maintain a flawless store – keep the sales floor and fitting rooms organized, visually appealing, and ready for the next shopper.
