About The Position
Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and enjoys motivating others. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization and atmosphere, and motivating the sales team. The role requires running, climbing ladders, selling shoes, and having fun in an inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
- Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
- Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
- Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
- A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
- Talking to everyone just comes naturally
- 2 years: Cashier
- 3 years: Customer Service

- Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
