As a Sales Lead, you will be a dedicated fan of the Pandora brand, immersing yourself in its culture and products to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is crucial in supporting both managers and sales associates, contributing significantly to the store's success. The position requires a results-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment. You will be responsible for driving sales, creating memorable shopping experiences, and fostering customer loyalty. Additionally, you will empower and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback and guidance to help them achieve their Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess general computer software knowledge (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems. A flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required, along with the ability to stand for extended periods, lift over 50 pounds, and maintain punctuality.
