About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate will be a natural conversationalist, energetic, and able to motivate sales staff while setting a positive example for customer relations. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, maintaining a clean and organized store, meeting personal and productivity goals, and fostering an inclusive work environment. The role also involves motivating sales staff, creating healthy competition, and actively participating in sales activities.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
It would be great but not completely necessary to have… Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
