About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the team. The Sales Lead will provide constructive feedback to sales staff, solve customer problems, build positive customer relations, maintain a clean and organized store, and motivate the sales staff. The role also involves creating an inclusive work environment and ensuring the store has a positive vibe.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
Talking to everyone just comes naturally

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus
