The position involves delivering personalized customer engagement, assisting in maximizing store sales and goals, fostering a consumer-centric and inclusive store environment, and modeling selling behaviors. The Sales Lead will also provide direct feedback, coaching, and supervision to associates, and may occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of other management, including covering breaks, meal periods, or opening the store without direct supervision. Regular interaction with consumers to provide high-level customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures are key aspects of this role.
