About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the sales team. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist who can motivate a group and create a positive, inclusive work environment. The role involves providing feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, maintaining store appearance, and meeting personal and team goals.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)

A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
Does talking to everyone just come naturally?

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
