About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and can motivate others. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization, meeting personal and productivity goals, creating an inclusive work environment, motivating staff, and fostering healthy competition. The role also involves active selling, which may include running, climbing ladders, and selling shoes.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)

A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
