About The Position

The Sales Lead creates an engaging environment for associates and customers and partners with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans. This role helps maintain smooth store operations, an appealing store environment, and a team of trained and motivated associates. The Sales Lead supports store leadership and can step into the Manager role when needed. The position focuses on customer service, team coaching, store operations, and helping drive business results.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for styling and enjoyment of working with people.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Proficiency with technology, including accurately operating store systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, learn about their needs, and support their shopping experiences.
• Share product and service knowledge to help customers create outfits and feel inspired.
• Empower associates to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Identify business opportunities in partnership with store leaders to drive results.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and equalize payroll.
• Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks as needed.
• Support store leadership with onboarding new associates when needed.
• Follow brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies.
• Step into the Manager role when needed.
