About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for their Trumbull Mall location. As the largest jewelry brand globally, Pandora empowers individuals to express themselves through beautiful products and aims to be part of significant life moments. The Sales Lead will be a "Pandora Fan" who immerses themselves in the brand, culture, and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role provides crucial support to Managers and Sales Associates, contributing to the store's success. An assessment will be required upon application submittal.

Requirements

  • Results-oriented seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Developed "Care" in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
  • Master of time management, able to set and adjust priorities and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
  • At least 18 years or older.
  • Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Timely arrival to work.
