About The Position

As a Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy and infrastructure from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a scaling fintech company by participating directly in merchant acquisition and refining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You'll lead the design of CRM architecture and establish key commercial metrics, creating a dynamic and data-driven sales environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, payments, fintech, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Built sales functions, territories, or commercial processes from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of CRM design, pipeline management, and GTM execution.
  • Experience working across multiple lead generation channels.
  • A data-driven approach to metrics, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
  • Languages: English, Russian.
  • Experience in fintech.
  • Extremely fast thinker and learner.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and defending your point of view.
  • Able to engage in high-intensity discussions with founders and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build the sales infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Participate directly in merchant acquisition and sales conversations.
  • Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Design CRM architecture, processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Establish key commercial metrics and forecasting models.
  • Create sales playbooks and operating procedures.
