About The Position

Pandora is looking for a Part Time Sales Lead for their Mall at Short Hills location. As a Sales Lead, you will be a passionate advocate for the Pandora brand, immersing yourself in its culture and products to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is crucial for store success, providing support to both managers and sales associates. The position requires a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods, lifting over 50 pounds, and punctual attendance.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
Developed caring communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the capacity to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking skills that demonstrate positive results.
Proficiency in time management, setting and adjusting priorities effortlessly, and delegating tasks professionally.
Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
