About The Position

The Part Time Sales Lead at Pandora @ Broadway Square supports Managers and Sales Associates and contributes to the store’s success. The role requires immersing yourself in Pandora’s brand, culture, and products, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and representing the brand as an ambassador. The position includes selling, coaching, and supporting the team in achieving individual and store performance goals. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a results-oriented seller in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Business acumen and analytical thinking that can deliver positive results.
Strong time-management and prioritization skills, including the ability to delegate tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds, and to arrive at work on time.

Coach and inspire the sales team, promote accountability, and provide real-time feedback and guidance to help achieve KPI goals.
Support Managers and Sales Associates in delivering store success.
