About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the team. The day-to-day involves motivating staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store appearance, meeting personal and productivity goals, creating an inclusive work environment, and motivating the sales staff through healthy competition. The role also involves actively selling shoes and contributing to a fun store atmosphere.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
