About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and can motivate others. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization and cleanliness, meeting personal and productivity goals, creating an inclusive work environment, and motivating the sales staff. The role also involves running, climbing ladders, selling shoes, and having fun.

Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
  • Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
  • Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
