About The Position

The Part Time Sales Lead at Pandora’s Hillside Village store supports the Managers and Sales Associates in delivering in-store success. The role requires immersing yourself in Pandora’s brand, culture, and products and taking pride in providing exceptional customer experiences. Sales Leads help build genuine connections with customers, achieve sales goals and key performance indicators, and foster brand loyalty. They also coach and inspire the sales team by encouraging accountability and providing real-time feedback and guidance. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
Strong time-management and prioritization skills, including the ability to delegate tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 pounds or more, and arrive to work on time.
