About The Position

At Shoe Palace, we are looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help us provide the best possible experience for our customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading our teams. The ideal candidate is a natural at starting conversations, motivating others, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment. You will provide constructive feedback to sales staff, solve customer problems, build positive customer relations, maintain a clean and organized store, and keep personal and productivity goals in mind. You will also motivate the sales staff and create an atmosphere of healthy competition, while ensuring the store has a cool vibe.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
