About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the team. The day-to-day involves providing sales staff with constructive feedback, solving customer problems, creating positive customer relations, maintaining a clean and organized store, meeting personal and productivity goals, fostering an inclusive work environment, motivating sales staff, and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition. The role also involves running around, climbing ladders, selling shoes, and having fun.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
It comes naturally to talk to everyone.

Nice To Haves

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
