About The Position
Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and passionate about shoes and fashion. The role involves motivating sales staff, providing constructive feedback, solving customer problems, maintaining store organization and appearance, and fostering an inclusive work environment. Team members are expected to be self-motivated, dynamic thinkers, and outstanding communicators who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
- Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
- Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
- Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
- A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
- Does talking to everyone just come naturally?
Nice To Haves
- Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
Responsibilities
