About The Position

Pandora is looking for a Part-Time Sales Lead for their Summit at Fritz Farm location. As a Sales Lead, you will be a passionate advocate for the Pandora brand, immersing yourself in its culture and products. This role is crucial for the store's success, providing support to both managers and sales associates. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. Please note that an assessment will be required upon application submission.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a results-oriented salesperson with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Developed a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the capacity to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to show and deliver positive results.
  • Proficiency in time management, effortlessly setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks professionally.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
  • At least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
