About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and enjoys motivating others. A typical day includes providing sales staff with constructive feedback, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization and cleanliness, meeting personal and productivity goals, fostering an inclusive work environment, motivating sales staff, and creating healthy competition among the team. The role also involves actively selling shoes and having fun in an exciting work environment.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
