About The Position

Pandora is looking for a Part-Time Sales Lead for their location at The Crossroads. As a Sales Lead, you will be an absolute fan of Pandora, immersing yourself in the brand, culture, and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role provides crucial support to both store managers and sales associates, contributing to the overall success of the store. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a keen business sense. This position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods and lifting over 50 pounds.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
Demonstrated results-oriented sales ability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in time management, prioritization, and delegation.
Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
