About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the team. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist who can motivate a group of people and create a positive, inclusive work environment. The day-to-day involves motivating sales staff, providing constructive feedback, solving customer problems, maintaining store appearance, and achieving personal and productivity goals. The role also involves running, climbing ladders, selling shoes, and having fun in an exciting work environment.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
Talking to everyone just comes naturally

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
