About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The position requires someone who is a natural at starting conversations, motivating others, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization, meeting personal and productivity goals, and motivating the sales staff.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!

Nice To Haves

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
