About The Position

At Shoe Palace, we are looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help us provide the best possible experience for our customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading our teams. The ideal candidate will be a natural at starting conversations, motivating groups, and setting a positive example for customer relations. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, maintaining a clean and organized store, meeting personal and productivity goals, and fostering an inclusive work environment. The role also involves motivating sales staff and creating healthy competition among the team.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
