About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part Time Sales Lead for its McArthurglen Vancouver Outlet location. As the largest jewelry brand in the world, Pandora empowers individuals to express themselves through beautiful products and is part of significant life moments. The Sales Lead will be a dedicated Pandora enthusiast, fully immersed in the brand, culture, and product, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides crucial support to Managers and Sales Associates, contributing to the store's success. The position requires the completion of an assessment upon application submittal.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Developed written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking skills to deliver positive results.
Excellent time management skills, including setting and adjusting priorities and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
Must be at least 18 years or older.
Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
