About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the team. The ideal candidate will be a natural at starting conversations, motivating others, and creating a positive and inclusive store environment. Responsibilities include providing sales staff with constructive feedback, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization, meeting personal and productivity goals, and motivating the sales staff. The role involves actively selling shoes and contributing to a fun and energetic store atmosphere.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
Ability to talk to everyone naturally

Nice To Haves

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
