About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading the sales team. The day-to-day includes providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization and appearance, meeting personal and productivity goals, creating an inclusive work environment, motivating sales staff, and fostering healthy competition.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
