About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for their store at Sangertown Square Mall. As the largest jewelry brand in the world, Pandora empowers individuals to express themselves through their beautiful products. The Sales Lead will be a dedicated "Pandora Fan" who immerses themselves in the brand, culture, and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role provides crucial support to Managers and Sales Associates, contributing to the store's success. The position requires completion of an assessment upon application submission.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Demonstrated results-oriented selling skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
  • Excellent time management skills, including setting and adjusting priorities and delegating tasks.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years or older.
  • Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Timely arrival to work.
