About The Position

Pandora is looking for a Part-Time Sales Lead for their location at The Mall at Johnson City. As a Sales Lead, you will be an absolute fan of Pandora, immersing yourself in the brand, culture, and product to provide exceptional customer experiences. This role supports store managers and sales associates, contributing to the store's success. The position requires completing an assessment upon application submission.

Requirements

Results-oriented salesperson with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
Developed caring communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to show and deliver positive results.
Mastery in time management, effortlessly setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
