About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the team. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and enjoys motivating others. The role involves providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization and appearance, and motivating the sales staff to create a healthy competitive atmosphere. The job also involves running, climbing ladders, selling shoes, and having fun in an inclusive work environment.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
Does talking to everyone just come naturally?

Nice To Haves

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
