What you’ll do: You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through: Responsible for the supervision of ensuring merchandise and the yard is stocked, displayed, organized, and reconciled to standard. Develop and deliver user-friendly specialized training content in the areas of Lumber, Paint, Hardware, and Project estimation. Collaborate with the Hardware Supervisor, Sales Leads and management. Demonstrate Leadership throughout the Agro Centre through supervision, training staff, and coaching Business to Business (B2B) sales, call outs, and project estimations Maintain customer relations by providing excellent customer service Assist with budgets, pricing, discounts and margins Staying knowledgeable of Lumber and a variety of product information Who you are: You are interested in a career in sales & customer service and: You have a High School diploma Class 5 Drivers License Ability to maintain and grow an extensive customer contact program Project estimating education/experience is an asset Training in Agro/Hardware/Lumber sales considered an asset 1+ years’ Supervisory experience is preferred Excellent communication and customer service Skills You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including evenings, holidays and weekends. You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives. You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel.
